What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Become an expert in VMS data and patient support programs
• Conduct analysis and reporting to support business activities
• Design and manage measurement and reporting plans
• Develop compelling dashboards and presentations
• Lead the creation and analysis of business reviews

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Informatics, Management Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline
• 4-5 years of professional experience in a BI/data analyst role
• Expertise in healthcare, preferably pharma commercial/patient analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence strategy through analytics

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in federal healthcare programs or procurement
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and exploratory data analysis techniques
